EDITORIAL

 Hi again, we are Ricardo, Erik and Sebastian for people who don´t new us yet, the last time we were here we talk about Peruvian sports, now we are going to talk about the food of Peru.
We know that the best Peruvian plate is the cebiche , talking about Peruvian food there was gastronomic fair when there was the best chef on Peru , or friend Gaston Acurio , well lend me tell you that  many years ago  the food was not important for people , actually the gastronomy is a perfection and the chefs are in charge of defund it. Now I will give you some plates of each region of Peru .
  • Coast: Cebiche , choros to the chalaca and shell to the parmesana.                                          
  • Jungle: Juanes , pachamanca. 
  • Sierra: Potato to huancaina , lomo saltado.


Finally I will say you a frace that listen: They say that love enters for the stomach. And I say you that I am in love with the Peruvian food.
